Paul Boyd & Chief Jim Chu Obstruction of Jusitice
It turns out there was a video shot by a German Tourist which has come to light. It was shown on the National last night. I had charged Chief Jim Chu with Obstruction of Justice over his comments in the media after the shooting and it turns out he might have covered/muddled up an investigation of an execution by a police officer of Paul Boyd.
The reason he (Jim Chu) as head of the police board sent a delegation to my door has become evident: it was the only way he could stay in his job as someone charged with this crime (Obstruction of Justice) would have had to step down during the investigation. Has anyone ever wondered, besides me, why a person can't lay a charge against a police officer, even if they are a person with a disability? The evidence is on video and audio tape of Jim Chu Corrupting the investigation only 3 days after the shooting.

The video below shows how outraged I was.
This, imo, is Bipolar Mania at its best
The news media in this country is the lapdog of the entrenched corruption which pretends to serve Canadians cloaked as the Justice System. I guess it is another act of unique insight supporting my self identification as a Shaman/Scientist in my court papers. I guess what modern Psychiatry calls it is a Bipolar Mood Disorder Class 1. At the time of the shooting I was unaware that this is what the government diagnosed me as after the events in I trusted the RCMP. Paul Boyd had a similar diagnosis, but I don't drink alcohol. Perhaps, as I have claimed many times in my mentally disabled state, we would do well to put alcohol under the CDSA as a dangerous substance so that we can put honest warning labels on the bottles at will, as a concern for people's healthcare? After all isn't this what the act was designed for? Or only to hassle peaceful marijuana smokers? Maybe the reason why people are generally so gullible is because they don't have access to psychedelics in their diets? The reason for our screwed up drug laws is precisely to dumb us down? This, imo, is Bipolar Mania at its best
To think of the corruption destroying a society that deems people like me mentally ill so that its uniformed police can get away with executing its citizens in the street. The reason the police board dropped my charges of obstruction of Justice against the Chief was that its delegation found me too incompetent to lay the charges. OK! have it your way, allow murderers and those who cover for them to make up your police forces along with misogynists and other criminals so that you can continue to float the lie that "marijuana makes you stupid" as the then Minister of Public safety said in the video below "Mayerthorpe hate crime."
I have always wondered why Paul Boyd's father was so on the police side.
It turns out they lied to him and now that he has seen his son executed
maybe he has to give his blind subservience to authority a second
thought. I always figured that my old man would have been exactly the
same way. His priorities with me were always about what his alcoholic
friends thought of me smoking marijuana. Likely, Paul's father never
understood him either, and was a police boot-licker as a reaction to their version of events. I
have seen him many times cavorting on the media with the murderers of
his son. I ccan't see how an intelligent man would not demand answers over his son's death.
From what I hear Paul's sister say now about how the VPD provoked him in the first place while all they wanted was to talk to him as a witness and he was at a bus stop, I wonder if it could have gone like the incident captured in the video below? Maybe the laws and the goons enforcing them should learn to leave peaceful people alone? But will they ever if no one is held to account for even shooting to kill, executing, an unarmed man wounded seven times? The top cop, Jim Chu, instead of carrying out a proper investigation chose to corrupt it even before it began. While he was Obstructing Justice on behalf of the executioner he was able to deflect the charges I rightfully laid for him doing just that under the police act. Do you really believe that you have a justice system in Canada, or is it more a system of well disguised goon squads who are above the laws of the land? And why would an armed cop have the right to hassle peaceful people on a park bench, at a bus stop, over what they are smoking? Only tobacco which kills 40,000 Canadians per years is allowed and we will arrest you until you learn to enjoy choking on it. And why would the crown be in a rush to control people's diets, while allowing murderers who wear uniforms to get promotions and more pay? What a friggen scam the Justice systems and laws of Canada really are. Is that because its all a corrupt monopoly whose one hand washes the hands of the other corrupt institutions in its criminal network? You watch my back and I'll watch yours, kind of deal. There definitely is one kind of "justice" for them and another for the rest of us. A country that enables its police forces to execute its citizens at will and has a two tiered justice system is not a country that I want to be a citizen of.
Hearing David Boyd speak it turns out he was also disenchanted with the outcome of the inquiry. I had heard some isolated perhaps edited out of context remarks some time ago. I apologize for my judgmental and incorrect conclusion. I don't understand why Paul had to be shot and killed after he was hit 7 times, was on his knees and crawling. I can't understand what would make a human being kill someone else in that state? Since when is it the role of a cop to be Judge, jury and executioner? We don't even have the death penalty in Canada.
